HOW MEMBERS ARE ELECTED: Members of the Board of Directors for the Wildflower HOA association are elected each year at the annual membership meeting, Labor Day weekend in September. Members serve one-year term. Following the annual membership meeting the newly elected board meets and selects officers, and discusses specific responsibilities for all of the individual board members. The Board of Directors meets on a regular basis with Central Reservation Management who is responsible for management and maintenance of the Wildflower complex.
